Pricing, billing & details

Simple answers for active-employee billing, admin seats, annual plans, discounts and payment options.

You're only billed for employees who are active in ZingKey in a given month — anyone with a status of Active, Onboarding or On Leave. Inactive, terminated and contractor-only records don't count.

No. ZingKey doesn't charge for admin or HR seats. Anyone in your organization can be granted an admin role without affecting your bill.

Pro and Enterprise are billed annually by default. We support monthly billing on Pro at a 15% premium. Enterprise contracts are typically 1-3 years.

Yes. Pro discounts begin at 500 active employees and scale through 5,000. Enterprise quotes are custom — typically 25-45% off list for large multi-country deployments.

Yes, instantly. Upgrade and the new tier is prorated for the remaining term. Downgrade and the new rate applies at renewal.

Credit card and bank transfer for Pro. Wire transfer, ACH and SEPA for Enterprise. We invoice in USD, with local-currency invoicing available for Singapore, Hong Kong and New Zealand on request.
